Group Buys For All Members
A listing of group buys for all members, regardless of membership level.
Guidelines for Group Buys
Please follow the following guidelines when setting up a group buy:
- Before you do anything, please contact an Administrator or Moderator for permission to go forward with the buy.

Get the details for your buy lined up first. Minimum required information:
- pricing
- duration that the buy will run
- how many units or orders will be required to make the buy go
- how payment and shipping will be handled
- Will the buy be open to all or just to the paid membership? Some vendors are particular about their pricing getting out, particularly if it's a high priced item that they've heavily discounted for us. Restricting the buy to paid members works as control over that information. Once that decision is made, you need to harden your heart and stick to it.
- When you have all of that information, an Administrator or Moderator will post it for you in the appropriate forum. We ask that you make yourself available for the duration of the buy to help administer the buy, mainly as a point of contact and communication with the vendor.
- Do not post the pricing or discount openly on the forum. It doesn't matter to us whether the vendor cares about this or not, we don't want that information posted publicly. Furthermore, members should be discouraged from sharing this information with other members or (especially) on other forums. That practice is the fastest way to kill our ability to hold group buys with any kind of good pricing.
Above all, please remember that by registering on this site, you have agreed to adhere to our Terms of Use. With that in mind, if a group buy is posted without prior authorization through an Administrator or Moderator, it will be deleted without warning.
