  • Malibu DSP AMP Adapters

Selling adapters to be able to use aftermarket amps in place of your STOCK DSP amps. The adapters simply plug into the plugs coming out of your black box, and provide you with RCA's and a remote wire for an aftermarket amp.

In addition, I have/can make speaker wire plugs so that you do not need to cut off the stock plug for aftermarket amps as well as repurposing plugs (to use DSP amps for other applications) that go from the amp and give you rca/speaker wires.

    Tower Aftermarket RCA - $75

    Cabin Aftermarket RCA - $100

    Tower Aftermarket Speaker - $75

    Cabin Aftermarket Speaker - $100

    Tower Repurposing RCA - $75

    Cabin Repurposing RCA - $100

    Tower Repurposing Speaker - $75

    Cabin Repurposing Speaker - $100

Brandon, these are great.  are the sub and cabin speakers on the same plug?  If so is the only option to replace both the cabin and sub amps?  Can't just replace the sub amp but leave the cabin dsp amp in place?

    Thanks Shawn,

It depends on what boat and setup. I would have to see the amps pin-out schematic. Some boats have the amps for just cabin speakers (syn-dx4), which only call for 2 sets or RCA's, the boats that run the cabins and sub off one amp (syn dx-6) the plug sends out 3 pair of RCA's (2 for the cabins, one for the sub).

I know there are some boats that have different amp and sub setups, one is a 2 sub option, I could for sure make something for these different variations, I would just have to see the pin-outs first!

Brandon, very cool you are doing these. I would assume these are super labor intensive!?  Good job

They are pretty tedious to make I will say. I needed a few for my application, and figured that it makes much more sense to make multiple at a time to make time worth while. I figured I always see people asking about them, so I might as well!

Hey Brandon, thanks a ton for making these. Can’t seem to get these from wetsounds or anywhere right now.. so, I have a 2020 Axis A22 with the CX-35 source unit and SP1. This has no amps stock. I’m adding three amps, one for cabin, one for tower, and one for sub. Which adapters do I need to maintain zone controls for each? Thanks!

Any chance you could send some pics of the plugs coming out? I have a good idea as to what you’d need, probably the male rca plugs, but I’d want to be certain!
