I don't want to read between any lines, but this sounds optimistic at least. Versus news that could be worse.

Follow up from original post, boat is out of storage April 2024.  Dealer looked at heater and found 2 hoses that were kinked.  Seems like others reported the same cause.  Hopefully that solves the low temp heater issue.

Storage facility will still be a cash cow for the future - even if they don't sell boats anymore.

I just bouht a 2006 247 LVS with the Indmar 8.1L. Sounds like you indicate the Big Blocks are not impacted, which I would assume 8.1L would fall into that. Any confirmation on that statement tho? My first time out I heard some knocking, and was told that it might be the Damper Plat. So for I'm chocking the knocking up to using 85 octane fuel at 5500 ft elevation. I will be siphoning that out and only using 91 octane in the future.
