2006 23 LSV, monsoon 350 with 815 hours.  2nd owner ( friend of mine), boat has not been surfed, most hours have been cruise around and some wakeboarding.

Boat has been kept on lift most of its life.

    New power wedge actuators

Boat is being professionally compounded and buffed off of trailer now.  Interior clean with no rips or tears.  4 swivel board racks, Bimini top, tandem axle trailer, new speakers and amps throughout two years ago........not sure what brand, sounds good but no audiophile System.

Well taken care of Texas boat.

    $38,500   903-279-6464

    PRICE: $ 38500

I purchased the same model (2006 23LSV Sunscape) in August of 2017 for the same price.  Mine had only 400 hours, but no stereo upgrades.

Assuming there is a trailer included, this seems like a good price on a well maintained boat.

Interesting notes: my floor ski locker is longer than this one, and the bow floor is open (does not have the fiberglass riser in the bow).  Curious that there are variations in the hull layout within the same model/year.

This looks like a wakesetter, which puts ballast under the bow and mid-ship so no ski locker. But agree, about good price! and a nice looking boat.

Yes....this is a Wakesetter with stock in floor ballast (1250lbs I believe).

Ahhh, I see.  The factory ballast of the WakeSetter package offsets the higher hours to justify the price.

I searched far and wide to find the Sunscape (non-Wakesetter) model.  I didn't want the WS graphics or to deal with the faded gelcoat after graphics are removed.  I also didn't want factory ballast - I wanted to build my own system that was set up specifically for surfing.

Found mine in Sacramento, which is about an 8 hour drive.  The green/tan color combo is beautiful.  Bought it from the original owner and he was more OCD about maintaining his boat than I am, which I didn't think was possible.

I paid $38,500 in 2017 with just under 400 hours.  Not a screaming deal, but I felt was a good buy.  I was upgrading from a '99 Centurion Elite V and there are no comparisons to be made.  The Centurion was a great boat that we had for 8 years, but it did not compare to the quality and extra space of the LSV.

I pieced together a ballast system from WakeMakers that has about 2400lbs between the bow, mid-locker, and rear hatches.  Cost around $2k including pumps, dash switches, wiring, and all fittings.  Installation was a fun project.  Next up will be an aftermarket surfgate.

Thats my story, not that anybody asked.  Bottom line - if the boat is well kept, this is a good buy.
