Denying a warranty & suggesting what people have seen in 20 yrs of experience are totally different things.

As someone who works for the dealer where you live, I don't know if you are referring to some of the long conversations you & I have had.  I do not run our warranty department, however, I used the comparison in talking with you of when my 2004 F250 on 38s with an Edge programmer went in for a new transmission at 11,000 & again at 13,000.  Even at 25 years old I knew to go through the steps to remove the programmer, including the EGT probe & said as little as possible.

It is for reasons like the comments you make in this thread I have pics & screen shots personally saved of how much weight you bragged about running in that boat & how it would pull up to the dealership with your trailer on 22's with rubber band tires still carrying however many hundreds of pounds of lead.

If we want to let opinions replace facts, the transmission failure is a result of a drop to reverse.  This is my opinion.  I'll say that because of other situations I've heard involving a different 555 & truth that was spilled to me 2 years after the fact.  I did a ton of research, calling Malibu Athletes who have never lost a transmission in thousands of hours on the boats over the years.

It's also my opinion that giving you my personal boat to use on labor day weekend was superior customer service.  I know the favor was appreciated & I'm sorry it only provided you a "decent beginner wave" as you called it to someone in our service department.

I'm reading plenty in other threads that others are feeling the same way.  As stated, No Good Deed Goes Unpunished.

I read the things you are saying on here & know the back story, but I've seen the comments you have made regarding your prior experience.  Our focus is & always will be superior customer service.  This allows us to be #1 in our markets & staff according to meet the needs of our customers.  We have run to the lake for the right situation also.  When that isn't enough, we have offered our own $6 figure boats to our customers.

Sometimes there is those 1%er's though.

Hey, all in good spirit though...  great seeing you at Wake The World.  Thanks for calling me by the wrong name.

He didn’t say one negative word about the dealer , just what got denied on warranty claim , he didn’t say one word about the transmission , dude you must follow his every post looking for something that isn’t there, and if he smoked you on site before he didn’t do it here

Great observation 45 days later.  You will see all of my posts here are to deliver helpful facts to Malibu owners & potential buyers.  Just doing my diligence to assist in areas where I am an expert & can contribute to this cause.

No your not, your following his posts specifically and making comments not germane to his comment, I just read the other members questions he answered when prompted and when he realized his posts may offend you he put this at bottom of his last response :

“Not trying to dig up past, or start crap...just saying sticker is not nessasarily a Mandate... but a guide.”

your aggressive passion is obvious but you are not trying to be helpful!!!!!!!!!!

I have no relationship with my dealer anymore and if I want a new ordered boat I no longer can buy a Malibu/axis cause I won’t deal with them Anymore.  I actually wish they were on site and did like you do so I could let lose, but since they are not here to defend themselves I do not.  But if they did respond I would let lose the kraken

keep it up and you’ll offend more people than myself , it is ok to offend anyone , my feelings aren’t hurt but I call bull!!!!!!!

i was already requested by an interested party to not respond but when you offered your bull, I just couldn’t resist
