Surf setup on '12 MXZ

Looking for some advise on how to setup my ballast for surfing on my 2012 MXZ. We have a wake shaper that has been a game changer, but my port side wake is still not great - fairly short, low and a bit foamy. We have both regular and goofy riders in the family, with the same setup our starboard wake seems much cleaner, taller and longer.

Currently running 100% in both rear tanks, 100% center, 0% in front and wedge all the way down. Depending on how many people we have in the boat, we run around 10-11mph. Wake shaper goes on opposite side of rider.

Any advise? Should we be using the wedge at all for surfing?

Have you tried taking some of the water out of the opposite side so that they are not waited the same? My boat WILL NOT let me surf without putting more weight on one side.
